St Martin's Players are dedicated to protecting your personal data and we take great care to ensure that your privacy is never compromised when you use our website or contact us. The policy below explains what data we collect and what we do with it.

Our website does not use visitor tracking software such as Google Analytics or other services designed to monitor your visit.

Our website uses cookies to provide the services and features offered and to improve our user experience. Our website is hosted by Wix.com who may collect visitor data. Their servers are based outside the EEA. We have not given Wix permission to share website visitor data with any third parties. 


What Personal Data is held and what do we do with it?

 

If you contact us through our contact form or by emailing info@stmartinsplayers.co.uk we will ask for your name and email address. This is purely to enable us to respond to your query. This information will not be used to add you to any mailing lists and it will not be shared with any third parties. Emails may be retained so that we can respond more effectively to future or follow on queries. We may retain emails for up to twelve months, after which they are deleted.

If you contact us via our box office telephone we will hold your name and telephone number in written and/or electronic form (eg. Excel spreadsheet). This is purely to enable us to process your booking and to contact you to confirm the booking or in the event of any problem with your booking. This information will not be shared with any third parties.

If you choose to purchase tickets through the website, your information will be processed by Ticketsource.co.uk for the purposes of providing the ticketing service to you. Your data will be stored and processed by Ticketsource who are operating under their own GDPR compliant privacy policy. They will ask for your name, address, email address, phone number and credit/debit card information. We do not at any time have access to your payment information, but can access your personal information for the purposes of managing attendance at performances.

We have a Facebook page and invite you to "like" us on Facebook. We do not actively process Facebook likes or store your Public Profile Information. By liking us on Facebook, you may receive notifications of posts that we share. 


Your Rights over the Personal Data we hold

You have the right to see what Personal Data we hold about you and to have any errors in that data corrected. Should you have any concerns, or wish to receive a copy of the data we hold about you, please email info@stmartinsplayers.co.uk and we will endeavour to respond within 28 days.
